GENERAL GUIDELINE
The Scientific
Committee of ACOH2011 welcomes the submission of abstracts
for poster and oral presentation. The detailed instructions
will be sent to the presenting author on notification of
acceptance.
Abstract
Submission Instruction
PLEASE READ THIS THROUGHLY BEFORE PREPARING YOUR ABSTRACT
Only abstracts that follow the instructions below will
be processed.
1. Only abstracts
written in English will be accepted.
2. The abstract
itself must contain no more than 250 words.
3. Title must
be in CAPITAL letters on the first line. Abbreviation must
not be used and do not indented.
4. Author(s) name(s)
and institution(s). Do not include degrees or professional
titles. A maximum of four (4) authors can be listed.
5. Underline the
name of the presenting author.
6. Leave one line
between the title/ author/ institution and the body of the
abstract. OMIT degrees, titles, institutional appointments,
address and zip code.
7. Texts must
be typed single-spaced, with only the left margin justified.
Graphs, tables and illustrations cannot be included in the
abstract.
8. Abbreviations
must be defined by placing them in parentheses after the
full word the first time they appear. Use numerals to indicate
numbers except when beginning sentences.
9. Abstract will
appear exactly as submitted.
10. CHECK Category
in the abstract submission form, which best categorizes
the subject of the abstract.
11. Submission
abstracts in form of Microsoft Word file (document file).
Font used in the abstracts must be Times New Roman size
12 only. Abstract saved in form of Picture or Clip file,
such as Bitmap, JPEG or TIFF, is not acceptable
12. Abstract can
be submitted via online at www.acoh2011.org. Email as a
Microsoft Word document to acoh2011thailand@gmail.com or
fax to our registration department +662 714 2656 along with
the scanned image of this Abstract Submission Form. Airmail,
please send a CD containing the abstract together with the
Abstract Submission Form.
13. The
deadline for submitting the abstract is November 30, 2010.

14. Abstract
Acceptance Announcement will be posted on website on Monday,
December 20, 2010.
15. Please note
that after the notification of abstract acceptance, the
early registration deadline for authors of accepted abstracts
is January 5, 2011 and you need to register to attend the
congress within the early registration deadline in order
to present your abstract to be considered for publication
in "Congress Abstract Book".
Failure to register for the congress will lead to DISQUALIFICATION
of abstract presentation and publication in the congress
abstract book.
Identify any potential conflicts of interest. This information
will not be used in considering the scientific merit of
submitted abstracts but will be published in the Abstract
Book.
